Much of our work is within organisations, providing research-based consultancy as input to strategic planning. This may involve facilitating workshops, conducting employee research, exploring the customer/staff interface. Typically we work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop specific markets or brands, in corporate re-structuring, in developing PR, or as media spokespersons.

Facilitated ‘Strategy Awaydays’ can unlock or nurture the creativity of a team, helping ideas to leapfrog logical progression, to ‘diagnose’ a problem which may be blocking action or to simply generate new alternatives – we have worked with teams from public sector bodies, and food, finance, toiletries, DIY companies.
